A block assembly with a built-in hot-wire coil for ramp freezing prevention of an underground parking lot for a building is provided to melt snow or ice on a road surface of a ramp, to make water melted from snow or ice flow to the road surface, and to prevent the influence on operation of a vehicle by forming the block assembly with the same material as the material of the road surface and with the same height as the height of the road surface. A block assembly with a built-in hot-wire coil for ramp freezing prevention of an underground parking lot for a building comprises coil-built-in block combination parts(1500) formed to a road surface(10) of a ramp; assembly part-depressed parts combined with the coil-built-in block combination parts; depressed part-combining block parts formed with the same height as the height of the road surface and combined with the assembly part-depressed parts at normal times; assembly bolt parts comprising bolt members for bolting for combination between the coil-built-in block combination parts and the assembly part-depressed parts or the depressed part-combining block parts and the assembly part-depressed parts; and control parts(2000) formed in the ground of the vicinity of a central white solid line(1) of the road surface. The coil-built-in block combination part comprises a block member assembled with a depressed part formed to the road surface of the ramp and includes built-in hot-wire coils. The assembly part-depressed part is formed by hollowing out a long groove in a part of the road surface coming in contact with vehicle wheels. The control part includes a temperature control part sensing temperature; a coil-built-in combination part control part controlling the coil-built-in combination part and supplying power; a storage battery part supplying power in an emergency; and a control part cover part covering the temperature control part, the coil-built-in combination part control part, and the storage battery part. |
