摘要 Provided are a method for cultivating variable Hgpsizygus marmoreus, and variable Hgpsizygus marmoreus cultivated by the method which is improved in the hardness of texture and has a sweet taste. The method comprises the steps of (10) mixing 18-26 wt% of the Oregon pine sawdust, 25-40 wt% of corn cob, 15-23 wt% of rice bran, 15-23 wt% of wheat bran, 0.2-0.5 wt% of calcium carbonate, 1-2 wt% of waste shell powder and 0.5-1 wt% of beet pulp to control the water content to be 65-67 %, and injecting the mixture into a cultivation bottle of 850-1,300 cc; (20) firstly sterilizing the prepared medium at 100 deg.C for 50-70 min, secondly sterilizing it at 120-122 deg.C for 80-100 min, and rapidly it at 15-20 deg.C; (30) inoculating 25-30 cc of liquid spawn per a bottle in a sterile room; (40) cultivating the spawn under the condition of a temperature of 23-25 deg.C, a humidity of 70% and a CO2 concentration of 1,500-3,000 ppm for 23-25 days, and post-maturing it under the same condition for 30-35 days; (50) scratching the aged spawn on the surface of medium; (60) inducing the germination of mushroom under the condition of a temperature of 15-16 deg.C, a humidity of 90-95 % and a CO2 concentration of 1,500-2,100 ppm for 8-11 days; (70) controlling the growth of mushroom under the condition of a temperature of 15-17 deg.C, a humidity of 90-92 % and a CO2 concentration of 1,200-1,500 ppm for 9-10 days; and (80) raising the mushroom under the condition of a temperature of 15-16 deg.C, a humidity of 95-97 % and a CO2 concentration of 2,000-2,500 ppm for 2-3 days.
