A method for fabricating yellow soil plates as environment-friendly constructional materials is provided to produce the yellow soil plate comprising loess as a major material, which completely removes toxicity of cement and enhances human health, by admixing feldspar ore and cement to the loess ingredient and adding Juniperus Chinesis powder to the final loess plate. The method comprises the steps of: homogeneously blending 40-60wt.% of loess, 10-30wt.% of feldspar ore(1) with particle diameter of 1-5mm and 10-30wt.% of microfine white cement using a mixer; kneading the blend after introducing 8-10wt.% of water and 0.5-1wt.% of Juniperus chinesis powder based on the blend; putting the kneaded mixture into a mold and molding the mixture into a plate type of product(2) while removing bubbles and pressing surface of the molded material, and attaching an aluminum plate to one side of the plate to smoothen the plate; and curing the formed product with steam in a curing room at 60-80deg.C for 20-24 hours.
