<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and its operation method capable of making proper a supply amount of fuel gas to a fuel cell with a simplified constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises a hydrogen supply source; the fuel cell 2 for generating electric power using hydrogen gas; and an ejector 24 for making new hydrogen gas supplied from the hydrogen supply source and hydrogen-off gas discharged from the fuel cell 2 flow into each other and feeding them to the fuel cell 2. In the system, there is provided a regulator 32 between the hydrogen supply source and the ejector 24 for controlling an area of a flow path of the hydrogen gas supplied from the hydrogen supply source to the ejector 24 according to pilot pressure. Gas pressure of the hydrogen-off gas discharged from the fuel cell 2 is imparted to the regulator 32 as the pilot pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
