<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed conductor, of low cost and stable, not affected by restriction of installation environment, with better electron conductivity as well as proton conductivity in a low-temperature area around an ambient temperature to 200°C. <P>SOLUTION: Resorcinol as a starting material of an electron conductive material capable of transferring electron, and trimethyl phosphate as a starting material of a proton conductive material capable of transferring proton are coupled by dehydration polymerization to form gel, the gel is freeze-dried or supercritically dried to make up a precursor, and the precursor is put under heat treatment in an inert gas atmosphere to obtain a mixed conductor with both electron conductivity and proton conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
