<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method recovering whole desired layer and capable of improving recovery ratio of objective layer by using a method which is separable in accordance with a density gradient layer and separating the layer through a separation membrane without carrying out recovery by a conventional suction, in a method used for means for recovering the desired layer after density gradient centrifugation treatment. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for separating particles, cells, microorganisms, virus and foreign matters from a specimen containing particles, cells, microorganisms, virus and foreign matters different in specific gravity by using a density gradient medium and then concentrating and recovering those, a separation membrane 3 having holes which is a means for separating media different in specific gravity and can pass through microorganisms and foreign matters of the specimen is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
