<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module and its mounting device capable of improving the output by increasing the light quantity which enters the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 10 supports a surface material 4 and a rear material 5 a with frame 7, by arranging a solar cell 1 between the surface material 4 and the rear material 5. The frame 7 comprises an optical transparency material, for example, a hard synthetic resin of an optical transparency.
