<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having a high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, with which the occurrence of percolation phenomena can be prevented without coating metal particles and the capacitance of an embedded capacitor can be increased. <P>SOLUTION: In relation to metal-ceramic-polymer composite materials having a high-dielectric-constant and a method of manufacturing an embedded capacitor using the same, the composite dielectric material comprises a resin, metal particles, and ceramic particles, wherein the ceramic particles are bound to the surface of the metal particles, and the method of manufacturing the composite dielectric material is characterized by adding 1-30% by volume of metal particles and 1-40% by volume of ceramic particles to 30-98% by volume of a resin, and ball milling the mixture to bind the ceramic particles to the surface of the metal particles which have a relatively high ductility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
