PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for specifying correspondence relation between RTL description and operation description. SOLUTION: An operation composition device analyzes how to perform scheduling, control data flow graph creation, and sharing of a computing element or a register, and creates a correspondence table determining correspondence relation between the RTL description and a CDFG, and a correspondence table determining correspondence relation between the CDFG and the operation description. A path specification device combines the correspondence tables to generate a correspondence table determining the correspondence relation between the RTL description and the operation description. The path specification device reflects a notice path in the RTL description, and thereafter specifiably outputs the operation description corresponding to the RTL description by a conditional branch on the operation description and each state of an FSM of the RTL description.
