PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system facilitating second browsing of electronic information once read on a network regardless of a terminal or a data format. SOLUTION: Every time a user brows a Web page in a PC 10, the PC 10 makes a management server 1 sequentially store user event data based on an URN of the Web page browsed by the user. The management server 1 transmits an event list to a cellphone 20 in response to requirement from the cellphone 10. The cellphone 20 having received the event list transmits terminal data for specifying the terminal and the user event data designated from the event list by the user to the management server 1.
