PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for nylon-containing textile articles which can well deterge oily dirt off and can sufficiently prevent dirt redeposition. SOLUTION: The detergent composition for nylon-containing textile articles comprises a hydrophilic polyamide having polyalkylene glycol residues in the main chain and a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether.
