PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing plant to be combined freely, which has such a structure that the mixing plant is divided into a first mechanical part and a second mechanical part so that they can be combined with each other. SOLUTION: The mixing plant is characterized in that the first mechanical part in which a first machine is supported in a first frame is combined with the second mechanical part in which a second machine is supported in a second frame to be matched/combined vertically to/with the first frame. A group of two or more first mechanical parts are prepared in each of which the common first frame is used and any one of the first machines different in the throughput capacity or volume is supported. A group of two or more second mechanical parts are prepared in each of which the common second frame is used and any one of the second machines different in the throughput capacity or volume is supported. The first mechanical part selected from the group of two or more first mechanical parts is combined with the second mechanical part selected from the group of two or more second mechanical parts to obtain the mixing plant having the desired throughput capacity or volume.
