<p>A health stone comprising kaolinite with superior far-infrared radiation and vermiculite in desired composition is provided to be used in fabricating pipe materials which have light weight and convenience of constructional work and transportation by adding vermiculite to kaolinite, as feldspar based on rhyolite, in desired composition ratio. The health stone is fabricated by combining kaolinite powder based on rhyolite feldspar with vermiculite powder, which is porous and has high heat expansion, in the same rate or a rate by 1/3 of the kaolinite powder, so that the health stone radiates far-infrared ray more than 0.923 x 10^2 or 3.72 x 10^2, respectively. The health stone is used to fabricate pipe material by steps of: admixing 5-30wt.% of kaolinite powder, 5-30wt.% of vermiculite to form the health stone; adding 40-90wt.% of recycled plastic to the health stone; and forming the mixture into the shaped pipe material.</p> |
