A continuous pulverulent paint roll-mixing melting extrusion apparatus is provided to uniformly and quantitatively introduce a mixture material of the pulverulent paint to be uniformly dispersed. A continuous pulverulent paint roll-mixing melting extrusion apparatus includes an introduction chamber(30), a dispersion wing, a material feeding screw, and a continuous roll-mixing unit. The continuous roll-mixing unit includes a roll-mixing barrel(102), a heater, and a pair of roll-mixing extrusion screws. The continuous roll-mixing unit receives the material discharged by the material feeding screw and feeds the material from one side to the other side to perform melting roll-mixing extrusion.
