Provided is a switching circuit for the balancing of a plurality of battery cells, which uses switching devices with a low internal voltage while reducing the number of MOSFETs, and shows improved balancing efficiency and low heat emission. The switching circuit for the balancing of a plurality of battery cells is provided with a plurality of switch devices(SW11-SW18). In the switching circuit, a pair of switch devices requiring bi-directional switching is connected in parallel with another pair of switch devices so that the internal voltage applied to the switch devices is reduced, or the number of the switch devices is reduced. Particularly, the switch device includes a MOSFET(field effect transistor) having a parasitic diode.
