Provided are method for cultivating the bud of buckwheat to improve the production yield of buckwheat by using the husked buckwheat, and the bud of buckwheat cultivated by the method. The method comprises the steps of (S12) germinating the bud of buckwheat by using the husked buckwheat under the condition of certain temperature, humidity and sunlight; and (S13) raising the germinated one, wherein the temperature is maintained to be 20-30 deg.C at least one step of the germination process and the raising process, the humidity is maintained to be 60-90 % at least one step of the germination process and the raising process, and the sunlight is completely screened at least one step of the germination process and the raising process.
