<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system operated with superposing reserved operation schedule established by a user on an optimum operation schedule planned based on estimation of load fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration system consists of a scheduling means 10 performing increase and decrease of output or start/stop of the cogeneration system based on an operation schedule and an operation schedule optimization means 18 optimizing operation schedule to maximize energy saving effect by the cogeneration system.
