<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio device capable of balancing sounds emitted from respective speakers at a listening position even when the listening position of a listener is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The multichannel audio device 1 for supplying an audio signal to a plurality of speakers 100 is provided with a signal processing part 3 for processing the audio signal to be supplied to the plurality of speakers 100, a position detecting part 9 for detecting listening position information representing distance between the listening position of a user and each of the plurality of speakers, and a control part 8 for controlling signal processing of the signal processing part so as to balance sounds arriving from the plurality of speakers at the listening position on the basis of the listening position information detected by the position information detecting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
