<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable heat transfer sheet which can raise the adhesiveness when sandwiched between a heating element and a heat sink even under small installation pressure, and to provide a method of using it and a heat dissipation structure having such heat transfer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A member formed of an expanded graphite arranged between the heating element H and the heat sink has a bulk density smaller than 1.0 Mg/m<SP>3</SP>. Since the bulk density is low, if pressurized while being sandwiched between the heating element H and the heat sink, even if a pressurizing force is small, it is compressed easily, and the adhesiveness with both becomes high. Therefore, since the thermal resistance from the heating element to the heat sink becomes small, the effect of cooling the heating element can be made high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
