<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a reverse bias to the gate in cutting off IGBT, without the need for a new power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: In a IGBT drive circuit for applying a control voltage to the gates of these IGBTs, in order to turn IGBT1, IGBT2 on/off, the IGBT drive circuit has a circuit, in which diodes D2, D3 having cathodes at IGBT side and capacitors C3, C4 are connected in parallel, between the output points C, D of a control circuit for changing output voltages to make on/off control of these IGBTs, and the gates of IGBTs, and further has resistances R3, R4 provided between the cathodes of the diodes D2, D3 and the emitters of IGBT1 and IGBT2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
