PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food information management system capable of easily generating food information descriptions for each of food joint purchase organizations.

SOLUTION: A food information management device 200 is a food information management system 10 which is equipped with: an organization identifying information storing means 240 for storing the identifying information for the organization; a food information item storing means 240 for storing the food information item included in each of the food information descriptions for the organization; a deployment information storing means 243 for storing the deployment information; a screen information storing means 239 for storing the screen information for displaying the organization selection screen, and the like; an organization selection screen generation means 233 for displaying the organization selection screen on a display means; a food information item extraction means 234 for extracting the food information item included in the food information descriptions for the organization, such as the selected singular number, from the food information item storing means; a food information item input screen generation means 233 for displaying the food information item input screen on the display means; and a food information description deployment means 237 for deploying the food information descriptions based on contents of the items and the deployment information inputted on the food information item input screen.
