PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable permanent-magnet rotor, with improved adhesive strength, and also to provide a motor with this permanent-magnet rotor mounted thereto, while attaining stabilization of the adhesive strength of a resin-made permanent magnet and a rotor core. SOLUTION: In an internal peripheral surface of the resin-made permanent magnet 3 and an external peripheral surface of the rotor core 2 layers by an anaerobic adhesive material 4 are formed, at least either the internal peripheral surface of the resin-made permanent magnet 3 or the external peripheral surface of the rotor core 2 is provided with a recessed part, the recessed part serves as accumulation of the adhesive material, to attain stabilization of the quantity of the anaerobic adhesive material, and the mechanical strength against axial slippages is improved.
