PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost, noise and current reductions for a fan motor. SOLUTION: This fan motor, in which a rotating shaft 2 of a fan part 1 is rotatably journaled through bearings 6 of a housing 5, includes a curved portion 2a provided in either one of the rotating shaft 2 or the bearing 6 and counterbores 6a, 6b having curved inner surface coming into contact with the curved portion on the other side.
