PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately monitor a worker using a monitoring camera without newly providing a complicated function. SOLUTION: ID information written in an RF tag 1 is read by RF tag readers 2-1 to 2-k each having a peculiar identification number, the read ID information and an identification number are transmitted to an automatic tracking device 5 and based on the identification number received by the automatic tracking device 5, it is identified which one of the plurality of RF tag readers 2-1 to 2-k is the RF tag reader that reads the ID information written in the RF tag 1. A monitoring camera driving part 4 is then controlled so that a monitoring camera 3 photographs a range within which the identified RF tag reader can read out the ID information written in the RF tag 1.
