PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling method capable of easily peeling off a sticking object stuck to a product and an article having the sticking object. SOLUTION: A weak part (partial area) 5 formed on a component 1 to be stuck is broken, the weak part (partial area) 5 is separated from the component 1 to be stuck by the breakage of the weak part (partial area) 5, the broken weak part (partial area) 5 with the sticking object 2 is grasped and the grasped weak part (partial area) 5 is pulled out to peel off the sticking object 2.
