PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection instrument capable of miniaturization by simultaneously mounting more detectors (cameras) to enhance detection sensitivity and obtaining high resolution images, and to provide a radiation diagnostic device. SOLUTION: The radiation detection instrument has a plurality of semiconductor cameras (21). Each camera (21) is provided with a pixel part for two-dimensionally arranging pixels formed of a semiconductor layer for converting radiation (e.g. gamma ray) into an electric signal, radiation detector (31) for planarly, mutually and adjacently arranging a plurality of detection blocks having a signal processing circuit formed integrally with the pixel part in parallel in the state where the electric signal detected by each pixel is processed and not protruded from each pixel, and a pinhole collimator (33) mounted on the detector at a radiation incident side.
