PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatograph analyzer capable of regenerating or washing an analytical column even by an isocratic liquid feed method, in a short time, with inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A regenerant liquid, a cleaning liquid or the like is filled into a syringe 14 during a sample introducing period to the analytical column, using an autosampler, and the cleaning liquid or the like filled in the syringe 14 is filled into a sample loop, during execution periods of a removing process for removing a component other than an objective component in the analytical column and an introduction process for introducing the objective component into a detector. The regenerant liquid filled in the sample loop is introduced into the analytical column during the next regeneration process of the analytical column. The liquid chromatograph analyzer capable of regenerating or washing the analytical column in the short time is thereby provided with the inexpensive constitution, without using an expensive gradient system.
