PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield plate having a low haze and a high transmissivity, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shield plate having a low haze and a high transmissivity can be manufactured by coating the top face of a conductor pattern 2 on a transparent substrate 3 by a black glass layer 1 having a predetermined optical density. The manufacturing process of the electromagnetic shield plate comprises a process of applying silver paste having a photosensitivity and black glass paste in order and then drying them up to form a multilayered coating film, a process of exposing and developing the multilayered coated film all at once, and a burning process.
