PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, lightweight, highly reliable and highly durable movable vane pump having a stem bearing. SOLUTION: This movable vane pump has a movable vane 4 having a vane part 4a arranged in a flow passage and a vane stem part 4b extending by projecting from the vane part 4a, the stem bearing 1 for movably pivoting the vane stem part 4b, and a hub 5 for supporting the stem bearing 1. In the stem bearing 1, its base material 3 is formed of fiber reinforced plastic, and a sliding material 2 for constituting its sliding surface is integrally formed with the base material 3 by a phenol resin.
