PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning duct with a concave channel for a vehicle and its manufacturing method which enables a wiring harness to be attached and detached without a clip and without twisting the wiring harness forcibly. SOLUTION: Two ducts (2, 2) provided side by side in the same direction and the concave channel (3) formed between the two ducts (2, 2) of the air-conditioning duct for the vehicle are integrally formed by blow molding, and the concave channel (3) is formed by a plate part (4) extended from the undersides (22) of the two ducts and side walls (21) of the two ducts. Then a projection (51) projected to the concave channel (3) from the top end of both of the side walls (21, 21) is provided as appropriate, and the wiring harness (9) is arranged in the space surrounded by the projection and the concave channel from a cross sectional view.
