PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adjustment of interior equipment to the optimum level and move the interior equipment to a position not obstructing the operation automatically when the driver grasps an operating member. SOLUTION: A vehicle is furnished inside the cabin with the operating member 2 to be operated manually by the occupant of a seat and the interior equipment installed near the seat in such a way that its position is changeable by a moving mechanism 25, wherein the operating member 2 has a sensor 51 to sense that the occupant starts operating by hand, and the moving mechanism 25 is made possible to change over the interior equipment 8 to a position not obstructing the hand operation of the member 2 in conformity to the sensing signal given by the sensor 51.
