PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure of an automobile for forming a duct without using the duct capable of improving sound quality in a bass area as a separate member. SOLUTION: This door structure of an automobile comprises an outer panel 2, an inner panel 20, and a door trim 10 covering the inside of a compartment of the inner panel 20. A loudspeaker 5 is assembled inside the compartment of the inner panel 20. A first opening 15 is formed on the door trim 10, and a second opening 28 is formed on the inner panel 20. A first duct part 25 partially parting a trim space S is formed in the trim space S formed by the inner panel 20 and the door trim 10 by combining the inner panel 20 with the door trim 10.
