PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber structure which can be easily manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: Using an expandable rubber having elasticity whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the both ends of a formed body, the expandable rubber is expanded in diameter with the help of the elasticity of the expandable rubber. A cylindrical formed body whose both ends diameter is shrunk is formed by laminating a rubber and a code from its outer circumference to both ends in the axial direction. The formed body can be easily released from the expandable rubber by restoring the expanded rubber after the formation. Furthermore, a plurality of forming drums are connected in the axial direction; after a rubber sheet body is formed on the outer side of the expandable rubber over a plurality of forming drums, the rubber sheet body is cut and separated at connecting sections; a bead is rolled to the end part of the separated rubber sheet body; and the rubber sheet body is turned up as beginning at the bead; thus, a plurality of the cylindrical formed bodies can be manufactured at one stroke.
