PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film being excellent in transparency and exhibiting outstanding reflective prevention ability when various surface functional layers are laminated, which is suitable for use in fabrication of a display member, such as a liquid crystal display (LCD), a plasma display panel (PDP), an organic electroluminescence (organic EL), or the like. SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises a coating layer provided by applying a coating agent containing an alkenyl-substituted nadic imide at least to the one side of the substrate film, followed by drying.
