PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket wrench excellent in operability because the flange unit is maintained at a fixed position no matter how long bolt may be used. SOLUTION: In a socket wrench equipped with an accommodation unit 6, designed to accommodate the head of a bolt installed at the tip of a socket wrench 1, and with a magnet holder 2, having a built-in magnet on the rear side of the accommodation unit 6, it is arranged that the magnet holder is supported by a pair of elastomers A, B, designed to extend toward the socket wrench axis, while the point of the balancing of the elastomers is made the reference point of the magnet holder. At the same time, when the head of the bolt, etc., are inserted to the accommodation unit, it is arranged that the bolt, etc. are attracted by the magnet built in the magnet holder, and that the magnet holder can be slid to the axial direction.
