PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring tool for a hole capable of deburring for a small hole, and comparatively simple in structure. SOLUTION: This deburring tool for a hole includes: a tool body 2; a tip part 3 provided on the tip of the tool body and inserted in a hole 101; a longitudinal groove 5 formed in the longitudinal direction of the tip part 3; a cutter body 11 disposed in the longitudinal groove 5 and having a machining part 12 at the tip side 11S; a shaft 8 which is a rotary connecting part for rotatably fitting the cutter body 11 to the longitudinal groove 5; and an elastic ring 16 provided rather closer to the base end side 1K than the shaft 8 to energize the cutter body 11 in the direction of projecting the machining part 12 from the longitudinal groove 5. When the tool body is inserted in the hole 101 while being rotated, the outer burr of the hole 101 is removed by the machining part 12. Since the elastic ring 16 is provided rather closer to the base end than the shaft 8, the tip part 3 of the tool body 2 can be formed thin so that chamfering for a small hole can be performed.
