PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubbling type precipitation apparatus capable of obtaining a supernatant liquid which is extremely cleaned using a floatation separation by fine bubbles, wherein a flocculant is mixed and stirred in a waste liquid etc. generating in cutting of a concrete structure to coagulate and precipitate concrete powder. SOLUTION: The bubbling type precipitation apparatus has a convection part 20 around a bubbling reaction part 10, and a stability tank 30 is installed around the convection part 20. The bubbling reaction part 10 has a bubble generation part 40 for making fine bubbles to generate at its lower end and is connected with a waste liquid supplying can 50. The upper part of the stability tank 30 is connected with a cleaned-water discharging pipe 70 for discharging a supernatant waste liquid and a dam wall 34 is arranged on the inner surface of the stability tank 30 in the neighborhood of the waste liquid discharging pipe 70. If the upper end of the convection part 20 is a, the upper part of the bubbling reaction part 10 is b, and the upper part of the the dam plate 34 of the stability tank 30 is c, their heights are formed to be high in order of a, b and c.
