PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping outlet to machine outside capable of preventing a drain joint from being co-rotated when loosening a drain bolt. SOLUTION: A base portion of a drain joint 6 is fixed to a tank drain 2 by threading, and a tip opening part is sealed by a drain bolt 5. The drain joint 6 has at least one set of parallel opposing faces on an outer periphery of a tip part by forming an outer face in a hexagonal shape. The tip part is protruded out of a machine through a through hole 4 of a machine base part 3. A drain joint locking plate 8 having a fitting part 9 having parallel ridges at the spacing slightly larger than that of the opposing faces of the drain joint 6 is screwed to an outer side of the machine while holding the opposing faces of the drain joint 6 by the fitting part 9. A screw through hole 10 is horizontally long so that the position of the drain joint locking plate 8 can be adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
