<p>An IC card (1) is provided with a plurality of circuit blocks (11 to 14) and an internal data bus (21) for connecting those circuit blocks with each other. Of these circuit blocks, the CPU block (11) for the output side is equipped with an encoding circuit (41) for encoding the data to be transmitted, by a predetermined encoding method for a more uniform data change and for outputting the encoded data to a signal line (21a) of the data bus (22), and the coprocessor block (12) on the input side is equipped with a decoding circuit (42) for decoding the encoded data to be transmitted through the signal line (21a). Thus, it is possible to realize the semiconductor device and the IC card, which can reduce the possibility that the data to be transmitted between the individual circuit blocks may be estimated by a power consumption analysis, irrespective of the provision of the plural circuit blocks and the internal signal lines connecting those circuit blocks with each other.</p> |
