Holder has dog excrement bag of plastic foil, which is fastened with a vulcanized rubber provided with a cap. At an upper part, a roll is present having a larger circumference as a shell. A staff is placed for retaining of the rolls, and at the end of the staff a gap of at least 2-4 mm is present.
