<p>A mass spectrometry that not only realizes MS<SUP>n</SUP>(n>1) analysis even with respect to a micro sample but also enables identifying of the position of bonding of a labeled compound in molecules through MS<SUP>n</SUP>(n>1) analysis to thereby easily and rapidly obtain structural information. There is provided a mass spectrometry wherein a molecule is stably labeled at specified site on the molecule to thereby easily attain ion formation and stabilization with the result that MS sensitivity can be enhanced. The amount of thus produced precursor ions is satisfactory for the MS<SUP>n</SUP>(n>1) analysis, so that structure-specific ions can be produced with high reproducibility. Therefore, structural information can be obtained easily and rapidly with high sensitivity.</p> |
