A 2-wheel/3-button mouse is provided to facilitate computing work and save computer working time by freely scrolling a screen to four directions without using a keyboard or mouse buttons when a user uses a program like a word processing or CAD(Computer-Aided Design) program. A left/right wheel(240) is additionally installed to an upper or lower side of an upward/downward wheel(230) in a usual 3-button wheel mouse, or installed to a left/right side of a corner side where the upward/downward wheel is. The user freely scrolls the screen to a left/right side as well as an upward/downward direction by using the upward/downward wheel and the left/right wheel.
