<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NRD guide capable of realizing mass production, price reduction, miniaturization and performance improvement and easily including various kinds of materials within a dielectric line, manufacturing method and utilization thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an NRD guide wherein a dielectric line is comprised of an olefin resin, preferably of an alicyclic structure containing polymer. This NRD guide is manufactured by a method of forming the dielectric line by fusing and forming the olefin resin, and fixing the dielectric line on a conductor plate. Furthermore, the NRD guide includes within the dielectric line a metal, resistive film, dielectric substance, magnetic substance, semiconductor and other materials to be included and such an NRD guide is manufactured by a method of abutting a pair of dielectric lines with the materials to be included therebetween and then heating or irradiating the pair of dielectric lines with ultrasonic waves while abutting them or a method of disposing the materials to be included within a mold and then injecting the olefin resin into the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
