<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection circuit and a semiconductor device by which stop of an externa clock is efficiently detected by simple circuit structure. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a PLL circuit 11 for generating a PLL output clock by multiplying an oscillation clock, an internal circuit 13 which operates based on the PLL output clock and an oscillation stop detection circuit 12 for detecting the stop of the oscillation clock based on the oscillation clock and the PLL output clock and outputting the detected result to the internal circuit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
