PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of effectively suppressing occurrence of the sense of incongruity attributable to the active turning control. SOLUTION: The vehicular control device 1 has a steering device 6 having the active turning function capable of automatically changing the turning angle not by the steering operation, and an excitation actuator 50 capable of controlling the vibration of a driver's seat 51 by utilizing the interference effect by applying the additional vibration to the driver's seat 51. The operation of the excitation actuator 50 is controlled by a control device 20. The control device 20 controls the operation of the excitation actuator 50 so as to cancel the vibration element attributable to the active turning control during the active turning.
