PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure insulation performance of a controller according to the amount of generated partial discharge. SOLUTION: An HV-ECU executes a program which includes a step (S1000) of detecting the integrated value of the power spectra in a frequency band corresponding to partial discharge, a step (S1200) of setting Vmax to its upper limit value when the integrated value is smaller than a predetermined valueα(YES in S1100), a step (S1300) of setting Vmax×βto its upper limit value when the integrated value is larger than the predetermined value (NO in S1100), and a step (S1400) of controlling a DC/DC converter.
