PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly processes while ensuring reliability of electrical connection of a transformer and a choke coil in a DC-DC converter. SOLUTION: This DC-DC converter has a switching circuit (an inverter), the transformer, a commutation circuit, and a control part for controlling the inverter. A primary side coil and a secondary side coil of the transformer comprises winding portions formed by a plate-shaped conductive member, and connection edge parts formed by the plate-shaped conductive member and pulled from the winding portions. It is electrically connected either between the connection edge portion of the primary side coil and the inverter, or between the connection edge portion of the secondary side coil and the commutation circuit by wire bonding. A resin housing is provided, and at least a part of the connection edge portion is buried in the housing. The choke coil formed by the plate-shaped conductive member is provided and wire bonding may connect a section between the connection edge part of the choke coil and the commutation circuit or the connection edge portion of the choke coil and an output terminal.
