PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set with an emergency sound function capable of utilizing an original communication function or sound function to present effective crime prevention and thug, molester and stalker dealing escape functions. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set with the emergency sound function is constituted so that crime prevention sound or crime prevention voice is generated by depressing switches provided at both sides of a central portion of a folder type cellular phone body. A crime prevention sound or voice function can be set and released by a password number, ten kinds of crime prevention sounds or voices can be set and the favorite sound and voice can be set by a recording function.
