PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational accuracy correction method of a measuring machine for solving the defects of the phase difference method and obtaining reliable measured data without improving an existing device. SOLUTION: The rotational accuracy correction method of the measuring machine 1, having a rotational mechanism (rotating table 3), comprises a rotational accuracy data calculation process for rotating a master work MW valued with the shape data of a data-sampling position 14, in advance, by using the rotary mechanism of the measuring machine, measuring the shape of the data sampling position of the master work by a detector 7, and obtaining the rotational accuracy data of the rotary mechanisms, by subtracting the valued shape data from the master work measured data; a work measured data calculation process for measuring the shape of the work by the detector, while rotating the work by using the rotary mechanism of the measuring machine and obtaining the work measured data; and a work shape computing process for obtaining the true value data of the work, by subtracting the rotational accuracy data from the work measured data.
