PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise measuring instrument capable of measuring a generation noise in an optional position, without arranging a microphone array in every lane, even in a road having the plurality of lanes. SOLUTION: The microphone array 7 constituted of a plurality of cameras 5 for photographing a traveling vehicle and a plurality of microphones 6 is arranged in a frame arranged width-directionally astride the road having the plurality of lanes. A distance computing part 14 finds a vehicle position (distances between vehicle and the plurality of microphones) of the vehicle specified by camera images photographed by the plurality of cameras. The noises collected in the microphone array 7 are stored the microphone by the microphone in the plurality of microphones, the noises collected the microphone by the microphone in the plurality of microphones are corrected to make those same to a sound source noise of the specified vehicle, by an amplitude phase correction part 19, and a noise calculation part 21 finds a weighted average to calculate a noise value.
